Fitness and physical activity is my passion and my mission is to help others towards their personal development goals, help build body confidence and improve overall health and wellness.
I specialise in strength and conditioning for aerial performers to help them build a strong body, operate with incredible confidence and live an empowered lifestyle. I use their goals and dream moves to design a bespoke training programme that will enable them to become stronger and more confident in their aerial abilities.
I also teach group fitness classes in the Falkirk and Stirling area and absolutely love the social element of the classes and how they encourage everyone to work together and push their limits.
