My name is Melissa Lumsden and I am a Fitness Coach and Group Exercise Instructor. Fitness and physical activity is my passion and my mission is to help others towards their personal development goals, help build body confidence and improve overall health and wellness.
I teach Les Mills Body Pump and Body Attack classes in the Falkirk and Stirling area, and absolutely love the social element of the classes and how they encourage everyone to work together and push their limits.
More recently, I have been focusing on individual one-to-one sessions, and have been enjoying working more closely with my clients and gaining a greater understanding of their beliefs and greatest fitness desires!
